Il programma di investimenti prevede la realizzazione di una struttura turistica alberghiera classificabile come albergo a tre stelle. L'immobile oggetto del programma è in stato di abbandono e necessita sia di opere di recupero edilizio che di adeguamento all'attività turistica. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su quattro livelli fuori terra più un ampio seminterrato. Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di cinquanta camere, accessoriate di tutti i confort, servite da ascensore che allo stato attuale non esiste. La capacità ricettiva massima dell'albergo sarà di centocinquanta posti letto. Al piano seminterrato saranno ubicati i locali tecnici, il deposito, una sala breakfast oltre ai locali destinati a servizi igienici comuni.
