On the sidelines of COP27, the twenty-seventh U.N. Climate Change Conference that closed in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, on Nov. 20, OpenCoesione interviewed the CMCC Foundation, a multidisciplinary research center that carries out studies and models of the climate system and its interactions with society and the environment. In the 2014-2020 cycle of cohesion policies, in fact, two projects have been funded with the Foundation as a beneficiary. The first, worth nearly five million euros, was financed by the Fund for Development and Cohesion (FSC) under the PUGLIA PATTO, aimed at building the national facility for climate change data, i.e., the CMCC headquarters, in Lecce. The second, worth about 6 million euros, ensured the expansion, updating and upgrading of the JUNO Supercomputing Center (POR FESR FSE PUGLIA).
On 10th November 2022 the 2022-2023 edition of At the School of OpenCohesion (ASOC) kicked off with the introductory webinar. ASOC is the citizenship education path aimed at students who develop digital skills by means of a civic monitoring of projects financed by cohesion policies on the territories. Civic monitoring does not replace administrative monitoring or institutional investment verification mechanisms, but - in the spirit of all the activities connected to the OpenCoesione initiative - promotes collaboration, participation and transparency. At the School of OpenCohesion project has reached its tenth edition this school year: for this reason, on the occasion of International Students' Day, OpenCoesione dedicates a Data Card to "all the numbers" and the results of ASOC dated 17th November.

In occasione della Giornata mondiale delle telecomunicazioni, il 17 maggio OpenCoesione pubblica una Data Card per raccontare alcuni progetti finanziati in Italia con risorse della politica di coesione comunitaria con l’obiettivo di promuovere un invecchiamento sano.
L’Unione Internazionale delle Telecomunicazioni (ITU), l'agenzia specializzata delle Nazioni Unite per le tecnologie dell'informazione e della comunicazione (ITC), ha infatti individuato per l’edizione 2022 il tema “Digital technologies for older persons and healthy ageing”, ad evidenziare il ruolo delle tecnologie digitali per la salute psico-fisica delle persone anziane.

On 21st March 2022 is celebrated the "National Day of Remembrance and Commitment in memory of all victims of mafia", established by law dated 8th March 2017.This year the anniversary is celebrated while the public Call for the presentation of projects for the enhancement of confiscated assets funded by the European Union in the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, is open (until March 31), as part of the Next Generation EU initiative. OpenCoesione published a Data Card dedicated to projects financed by cohesion policies also as part of the "National strategy for the enhancement of assets confiscated through cohesion policies".
