The Programme, within the scope of the Convergence Objective (CONV), aims to support the achievement of full employment, quality, and productivity in the workplace as well as promote social inclusion in order to enhance the economic and social cohesion of the region. It is structured into the Axes of Adaptability, Employability, Social Inclusion, Transnationality and Interregionality, Technical Assistance, and Government Capability.
