The OpenCoesione newsletter is sent via electronic mail to those have explicitly requested it by filling in the form on this page and authorising the processing of their personal information.
The provision of the personal information in voluntary. Refusal to provide the data makes it impossible to receive the newsletter service.

Purpose of the processing and legal framework

The personal data provided by users are used solely for the purpose of sending the newsletter. The processing of information provided is subject to the data subject’s consent.

Data processing procedures

The data collected are processed using computerised systems. Appropriate security measures have been adopted to prevent loss and illegal or unwarranted use and access by unauthorised persons.

Information is kept on file until the user concerned requests the cancellation of his or her subscription.

Data controller

The data controller of the information collected is the Department of Cohesion Policy of the Prime Minister’s Office, which has premises in Largo Chigi 19, Rome.
The processing of the data connected with the newsletter services is performed on those premises by in-house personnel.

Data processor

Where necessary ‑ for activities connected with maintenance of the website technology infrastructure ‑ the data connected with the newsletter service may be processed by personnel of the company DEPP S.r.l., as a data processor in accordance with Article 28 of Reg. (EU) 2016/679.

Your rights

Data subjects have the right to instruct the data controller, in the cases envisages, to provide access to the personal data and to correct or delete the data, as well as to restrict processing that concerns them or to object to such processing entirely (as per Article 15 et seq. of the Regulation).
