Data update at 31st October 2023

The bimonthly update of the OpenCoesione portal continues with the new data relating to the implementation of the European and national cohesion policy as at 31st October 2023 is published in the dedicated page of the portal or by the navigation from main menu “Find out data - Browse cohesion projects data”.

As of 31 October, 1,952,323 projects are displayed on the portal, over 13 thousand projects more than in the previous two months. The total monitored public cost is equal to 268 billion euros (5.6 billion more than in the previous two months), of which 216.2 billion euros of cohesion resources (+6 billion compared to the data as of 31 August 2023). The amount relating to monitored payments also grew by over 5 billion euros, now equal to 145.4 billion euros.

Most of the projects, almost one million, refer to the 2024-2020 programming period. On the other hand, there are 1,331 projects for the 2021-2027 period, with an amount of 6.3 billion euros. The monitoring of these projects is about to start.

Compared to the previous release of 31 August 2023, there is a new program, the one linked to the Internal Areas Strategy of the Liguria Region.
