Opendata: released dataset in PARQUET format

With the release of the data updated at 31st December 2023, several datasets published in the refreshed opendata section are also released in the new Parquet file format. 

Parquet is an open source file format that is extremely efficient in archiving and extracting data, and therefore optimal for managing complex and massive datasets. This enables the user to navigate and query more easily even a very large amount of data such as that of some of the "Extended record Projects" or those that contain the database of OpenCoesione projects. The choice of the new format comes from discussions with civil society.

The parquet format is usable by the main programming languages (Python, R, Java, PHP, C++) and directly accessible via many databases and data analysis software.
