Il programma d'investimento congiunto con: Dipartimento di Ingegneria Economico-Gestionale (DIEG) - Facolta di Ingegneria - Universita di Napoli Federico II, Engineering Ingegneria Informatica S.p.A., DHITECH SCARL, AERMEC SUD S.A.S. DI GIANNETTI ALDO S.A.S., Euro.Soft S.r.l., AVIO S.p.A. intende sviluppare un framework in grado di abilitare l'interoperabilità, la cooperazione, la sicurezza, l'estrazione e l'elaborazione di informazioni rilevanti con tecniche di data mining. Tale framework intende inserirsi nel contesto delle tecnologie Open Source ed utilizzare la logica process based integrata con l'ingegneria dei servizi. L'ambito di intervento scelto nel contesto del Made in Italy è il sistema della meccanica avanzata.
